The Victoria Elementary PTA website collects only the information you choose to give us. When you sign up to volunteer, we collect your first name, last name, email, and (optionally) phone number so the event lead can coordinate with you. We use this information only for PTA activities and never sell or share it with third parties. Volunteer sign-ups are stored in a private PTA spreadsheet accessible only to board members.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count page visits without cookies or personal tracking.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box and entering your mobile number on our volunteer sign-up form, we use your number only to send you PTA event reminders and volunteer confirmations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates. We share your number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to transmit these messages on our behalf; this is not sharing for marketing purposes.
